Place your order, choose your background colour, and add your dog’s name if you’d like it included. After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to upload your dog photo. Once we receive your photo, we’ll create your custom Pooch Portrait and email the final digital artwork to you within 48 hours.

No. This is a digital product only. No physical print, frame or item will be shipped. You’ll receive a high-resolution digital file that you can print yourself.

Files are setup to be printed up to A2 with 300dpi quality.

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to upload your dog photo. Please use the same email address as your order so we can match your photo to your purchase.

For the best result, upload a clear, well-lit photo where your dog’s face is easy to see. Front-facing photos work best. Avoid blurry screenshots, dark photos, or images where your dog’s face is covered.

Choose your preferred paper size and ask them to print at Actual Size. This helps keep the artwork and border looking correct.

Yes. One order is for one custom dog portrait. If you want portraits for multiple dogs, please place a separate order for each dog so we can match the correct photo, name and background colour.

Yes. Add your dog’s name in the order form if you’d like it included. Leave it blank if you prefer the portrait without a name.

Your final digital artwork will be emailed to you after we receive your dog photo and order details. Artwork will be delivered within 48 hours.

No. Your portrait is for personal use only. It cannot be resold, redistributed, edited for resale, or used commercially.
