Yes, if you choose a printed or canvas framed option. Printed portraits are shipped to your door. Digital Only orders are delivered by email and do not include a physical print or frame.

Printed and framed options can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. These are all custom made and shipped out to ensure the highest quality.

A3 is our main recommended size. It’s large enough to make an impact on your wall, while still being easy to frame and display at home. A4 is a great smaller option, and A2 is ideal if you want a larger statement piece.

If you choose Digital Only, your file is supplied in high resolution and can be printed up to A2 size. If you choose a printed option, we’ll produce the size you select at checkout.

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a link to upload your dog photo. Please use the same email address as your order so we can match your photo to your purchase.

Choose your preferred paper size and ask them to print at FIT. This helps keep the artwork and border looking correct.

A clear, well-lit photo where your dog’s face is easy to see works best. Front-facing photos taken at eye level usually create the best result. Natural, everyday phone photos are completely fine.

Yes. You can choose to include your dog’s name on the portrait, or keep the design clean without text.

Yes. You can order multiple portraits for different dogs, gifts or rooms. Please upload the correct photo for each order after checkout.

Yes. We offer premium canvas framed options in selected sizes. These arrive ready to display, making them a great option if you want the finished piece without organising your own frame.

No. Pooch Portraits are for personal use only. You can print, frame and display your portrait at home, but the artwork cannot be used for business, resale or commercial purposes.

Because each Pooch Portrait is custom made from your dog photo, refunds are not offered once work has started. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
